Shipping conditions

Delivery area:
We deliver our products worldwide.

Shipping costs:
Shipping is free of charge within Germany.

Shipping service provider:
Shipping is carried out by DHL.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number (tracking link).

Delivery time:
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered within:

• Germany: approx. 2–5 business days

• EU countries: approx. 5–10 business days

• Worldwide (outside the EU): approx. 10–21 business days

Please note that delays are possible for international shipments due to customs clearance.

Customs and import fees:
For deliveries outside the EU, customs or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These are to be borne by the buyer. Please check with your country's customs authorities before placing your order.

Undeliverable shipments:
If a delivery is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or because it was not picked up, the buyer shall bear the costs for reshipment.

Pickup:
Unfortunately, pickup is not possible.

Note:
We do not charge sales tax in accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation).
